Dear COMET Collaborative Partners,
The COMET Team invites you to the COMET Collaborative 2026 Conference on Saturday, September 12, 2026, at the UC Davis Health School of Medicine Education Building, 4610 X Street, Sacramento, CA 95817.
This free event brings together medical students, residents, premedical students, and faculty from across California and Oregon for a day of professional development, workshops, CME-credited presentations, and networking centered on advancing health equity in rural, tribal, and underserved communities. A highlight of the conference is our Residency & Resource Fair, which provides a dedicated space for organizations to connect directly with this motivated, mission-driven audience.
We invite you to support the COMET Conference through sponsorship. Sponsorship contributions will directly fund Health Equity Awards and Speaker Honoraria, ensuring we can recognize outstanding individuals and impactful voices in the collaborative.
In recognition of your generosity, sponsors receive the following benefits based on their level of support:
COMET GME Partners: GME Programs affiliated with the COMET Collaborative as of April 2026 are welcome to participate in the Residency & Resource Fair at no cost, including an 8' table and logo placement in conference materials (Tier 1 benefit). Programs may select a higher tier of sponsorship if desired at the stated cost above.
